With the 2025 regular season now in the books, the New York Giants will fully turn their attention to finding a new head coach.

The disastrous tenure of former head coach Brian Daboll ended during the season, as the Giants decided to fire Daboll in November after a 2-8 start to his fourth season.

But the Giants aren't making a change at general manager, as the team has announced  that Joe Schoen is staying, and he will lead the search for Daboll's replacement.

"As previously stated, Joe Schoen will remain our general manager and continue to lead our football operations and the search for our next head coach," the Giants revealed in a statement.

"Continuity and stability in the front office is important to our progress. We believe in our young core of talent, which we can build around for future success," the Giants' statement concluded.

Schoen staying is not going to sit well with many Giants fans, and rightly so. He was responsible for the disaster that was Daboll and New York is a dreadful 22-45-1 with Schoen at the helm — and that's just the short list of issues with Schoen.

As Schoen begins navigating interviews with candidates in the days and weeks ahead, you can follow all of the latest news and rumors on the Giants' head coaching search below.
