It has been an impressive rookie season for New England Patriots running back TreVeyon Henderson.
The second-round pick had a slow start to his career, but he has picked up serious steam as the season has progressed and is showing just how explosive he can be.
However, Henderson is off to a slow start in the wild-card game against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday night.
Here's why.
Is TreVeyon Henderson playing tonight?
UPDATE: Henderson has just two touches through four drives and it's quite clear the Patriots are leaning more on Stevenson early on.
We'll see if that changes or if the Pats will continue to roll with the more experienced player.
END OF UPDATE
Yes, Henderson is active and healthy, he just hasn't received a touch yet.
The Patriots opted to start Rhamondre Stevenson instead of Henderson, but it should not be long before the rookie sees the field.
