The New England Patriots are heading to their first AFC Championship Game since 201 8 after defeating the Houston Texans in the divisional round. And while the Patriots and everyone in the greater New England area likely believed they would defeat the Texans, just about everyone you see on TV thought otherwise.
The NFL Live crew from ESPN all picked the Texans to win, something that Patriots wide receiver Kayshon Boutte took to heart. After the game, he took to Instagram to post a photo of the crew's picks.
Boutte led the Patriots with 75 receiving yards on three catches and had a touchdown. Drake Maye had a very strong game, going 16-of-27 for 179 yards and three touchdowns.
New England will travel to Denver to face the Broncos in a rematch of the 2015 AFC Championship Game. The Patriots will hope the result this time around is different than when Tom Brady and Peyton Manning faced one another.
