Patriots legend Tom Brady teases comeback to play with Rob Gronkowski image

Would anyone really bet against it?

This is Tom Brady we're talking about. He played quarterback longer than anyone, and at a high level. Why wouldn't the New England Patriots legend, also a Super Bowl champion for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, stage an improbable comeback? And why wouldn't he bring Rob Gronkowski with him?

It's likely just a joke of a tease, but Brady took to X on Sunday to post three words: "One more year??!?!?!"

He was sharing that in response to the Fox pregame segment from Sunday.

It featured Brady throwing a pass across the way to Gronkowski, just like old times.

And yes, Gronk spiked it. Look out.

Brady is the greatest QB of all time. He had his improbable journey from sixth-round pick to the winningest player ever. He also played so long and so well that he holds just about all the passing records you can think of, too.

Gronkowski is one of the greatest tight ends ever, an unstoppable physical force.

Brady is 48 years old. Gronk is 36.

Why not?
