The New England Patriots are on a bye in Week 14.
But when they return to the field in Week 15, they have a chance to take the AFC East for themselves.
That's right. The Pats can clinch the division in Week 15.
That's because they play the Buffalo Bills, the second-place squad which has won the division in each of the past five seasons.
But a Patriots win in that Week 15 matchup will take the AFC East crown back to New England.

If they win that game, they win the AFC East.
The Patriots will enter that game at 11-2.
The Bills are 8-4 before their Week 14 matchup with Joe Burrow and the Bengals.
The game on Sunday, Dec. 14 is currently scheduled for a 1 p.m. Kickoff in New England.

It's been quite the rapid ascension for the Pats, who were just 4-13 a year ago.
But with new head coach Mike Vrabel joined with rising superstar second-year QB Drake Maye, the Patriots are currently the No. 1 seed in the AFC. And soon, they'll have a chance to claim a division title.
