The Buffalo Bills have won the AFC East Division five years in a row.
The New England Patriots can change that as soon as Sunday.
The Pats host the Bills in Week 15, and it's New England bringing in an 11-2 record on the season compared to Buffalo's 9-4.
When these teams met earlier in the year, New England pulled out a three-point victory, so the Pats can sweep the season series with a win Sunday.
And a win Sunday means much more, too.

How can the Pats clinch the division?
The Pats just need a win. That's it.
If New England beats Buffalo, the Patriots will be champions of the division, and the Bills will only be able to chase a wild card spot.
Even a New England loss still leaves them a game up and in control of their own destiny.
There are also a few unlikely tie clinching scenarios in play on Sunday, but the odds of those happening are next to nothing.
New England is certainly favored to get this done, even without a win on Sunday. But a win this week would create quite the celebrations for the Patriots.
