The NFL will officially release its full 18 week, 272-game 2025 schedule during a special broadcast on the evening of May 14, but similar to free agency, we’ll learn the dates, times and venues for many of the league’s marquee games well before Schedule Day.

This will be our last heavy dose of football fodder until training camp arrives in August, so let’s have some fun and track the latest rumors and schedule leaks for the Minnesota Vikings — who are reportedly headed to London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for the second consecutive season.

As a general starting point, we already know Minnesota’s list of home and away opponents for the 2025 season. That part of the schedule is determined by a formula based on the previous year’s final regular season standings, an annual rotation of opponents from one non-conference division, and other tangible inputs.

For Minnesota in 2025, for example, we know the schedule will feature all four teams from the AFC North, as well as the three NFC teams that finished second in their final division standings (like the Vikings did in the NFC North) in 2024:

Minnesota Vikings 2025 opponents list

Home

  • Bears
  • Lions
  • Packers
  • Eagles
  • Commanders
  • Ravens
  • Bengals
  • Falcons

Away

  • Bears
  • Lions
  • Packers
  • Cowboys
  • Giants
  • Browns
  • Steelers
  • Seahawks
  • Chargers

Now, let’s get to the fun part, as the NFL’s 2025 London Games were leaked by the league this week.  Here are the three reported games on this year’s London slate:

  • Oct. 5, 2025: Vikings vs. Browns, at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
  • Oct 12, 2025: Broncos vs. Jets, at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
  • Oct. 19, 2025: Rams vs. Jaguars, at Wembley Stadium

The Vikings just played the New York Jets at Tottenham Hotspur in Week 5 of the 2024 season, so they’ll have some familiarity with the travel and stadium environment if this report holds true. This time, London fans will get their first glance at first-year starting quarterback J.J. McCarthy (and potentially Cleveland’s Shedeur Sanders, too?).
