According to reports, the Dolphins have reached out to their 10th and 11th different candidates for their vacant head coaching position.

Miami fired former head coach Mike McDaniel at the conclusion of the 2025 season.

According to Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald, Jacksonville Jaguars defensive coordinator Anthony Campanile and Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator Joe Brady have been reached out to by the Dolphins.

Who is Anthony Campanile?

Jaguars defensive coordinator Anthony Campanile, 43, has already been a part of the Miami Dolphins, serving as their linebackers coach from 2020 to 2023.

He then transitioned to Green Bay to become the Packers' linebackers coach and defensive run game coordinator for the 2024 season.

In 2025, first-year head coach Liam Cohen and the Jaguars recruited him as he landed the defensive coordinator position for the organization.

Jacksonville went on to finish top 10 in the NFL in points allowed per game (19.8), as well as giving up the least amount of rushing yards per game (85.6) in the 2025 regular season.

Who is Joe Brady?

Bills offensive coordinator Joe Brady, 36, served as Buffalo's quarterbacks coach in 2022 and 2023.

He then replaced Ken Dorsey at the offensive coordinator position midway through the 2023 season and would then take on the role full-time at the start of 2024.

Brady also served as the Carolina Panthers' offensive coordinator in the 2020 and 2021 NFL seasons.

In the 2025 regular season, the Bills finished top five in total yards per game (376.3) and points scored per game (28.3), while also having the most rush yards per game (159.6) in the NFL.
