The NFL offseason is in full swing, and while there haven’t been many major moves yet, it feels like a big one could drop at any moment. Whether it's Aaron Rodgers signing with the Steelers, as some speculate, or the Falcons finally trading away Kirk Cousins, one blockbuster deal could set off a chain reaction across the league.

In Miami, the biggest move could involve either Jalen Ramsey or Tyreek Hill being traded. Ramsey is expected to be the first one out, and there are plenty of interested teams. However, the Dolphins’ reluctance to absorb part of his contract has become a sticking point.

“The Dolphins appear unwilling to take on any of Jalen Ramsey’s guaranteed money to facilitate a trade. Teams are very interested in trading for Ramsey, but don’t want to take on his full contract. This is the current hold up,” Jeremy Fowler reported.

Replacement options for Ramsey are already being considered—it’s just a matter of when the trade will actually happen. One possible destination stands out: the Los Angeles Rams. The interest seems mutual between Ramsey and the team where he previously won a Super Bowl.

“Ramsey heading back to Los Angeles makes so much sense. The Rams are in a definite contention window, and Los Angeles has won a Super Bowl with the Miami Dolphins cornerback on the field before. Ramsey finishing out his career where he once won a title just makes so much sense. It'd be a seamless fit, and Miami could recoup some draft capital for next year in the process,” Cory Woodroof wrote.

Rams head coach Sean McVay still has a great deal of respect for Ramsey. He views him as a true baller on the field—and Ramsey certainly lives up to that reputation. A reunion with the Rams could reignite the energy he seems to be missing in Miami, especially with the young up and coming defense Los Angeles possesses.
