The Miami Dolphins are in the midst of a blowout loss to the Cleveland Browns, trailing 31-6 at the time of writing. It's been a brutal day for the offense, as Tua Tagovailoa has thrown three interceptions for the second straight game, one of which was returned for a touchdown.
Because of Tua's performance, and due to the massive deficit, the Dolphins have benched him and brought in rookie Quinn Ewers. The Dolphins drafted the Texas product in the seventh round of the 2025 NFL Draft.
The Dolphins will now have some very tough decisions to make. This very well could be the end of the Mike McDaniel era in Miami, as well as the beginning of the end of the Tua Tagovailoa era. As they are about to be 1-6, big changes need to be made.
