The Los Angeles Rams are making the trip up north to face the Chicago Bears in a matchup expected to have well below-freezing temperatures.
But the coaches on the sideline will have plenty of heat, but not from any heaters.
Sean McVay has hinted at his distaste for Ben Johnson's disrespect for Matt LeFleur after the Bears beat the Green Bay Packers in the Wild Card round.
And as Peter Schrager said on The Ringer, McVay has very strong feelings on Johnson's beef with LaFleur over their viral handshake, and Johnson's NSFW comments on LaFleur and the Packers.
Rams' Sean McVay enters Ben JOhnson vs. Matt LaFleur beef
McVay is, evidently, not happy with how Johnson treated LaFleur after the loss.
"That handshake, and all that mother-f, mother-f, stuff from Ben Johnson, did not go over well with the McVay tree and around the league," Schrarger said. "I think McVay wants to kick the snot out of Ben Johnson."

Schrager also mentions that others around the NFL, especially in the McVay tree, didn't take too kindly to Johnson's disrespect for LaFleur.
With Mike LaFleur (Matt LaFleur's younger brother) being the offensive coordinator of the Rams, and McVay and Matt LaFleur being friends, it's not a complete surprise that there's bad blood between McVay and Johnson now.
McVay isn't a fan of how Johnson treated LaFleur. And now with a chance to take revenge for his offensive coordinator's brother and a friend, McVay is likely eager to do so.

And while not a direct shot at Johnson, Lindsey Thiry of ESPN shared a funny quip from McVay on whether he's reached out to Matt LaFleur for advice on the Bears, since the Packers head coach has faced them three times this season.
McVay's answer was a hilarious one: "No, you know what. We watch the tape. We do our work, and you know, Matt is a very close friend of mine."
McVay isn't actually getting help from the Packers' head coach on how to beat the Bears, as he's more than capable of doing the work on his own. There is clearly some bad blood brewing between McVay and Johnson.
This Bears-Rams matchup will be the coldest one of the weekend, but there might not be two hotter head coaches in this matchup. McVay is joining the beef between Johnson and LaFleur. He's not a fan of Johnson's disrespect, and, as Schrager notes, likely wants to beat Johnson's Bears in the Divisional round.
