Everyone wanted to know whether Sean McVay and Ben Johnson would shake hands after the Los Angeles Rams played the Chicago Bears in the playoffs on Sunday night.

But the NBC broadcast didn't capture the moment when the two head coaches crossed paths in the middle of the field after Harrison Mevis' field goal won the game in overtime for the Rams.

It's a brutal miss by the broadcast.

The handshake is a big story, and everyone on social media was asking the same question about whether it happened.

McVay stood up for Matt LaFleur this week after the Packers coach had some issues with the Bears coach Johnson in the handshake department.

Johnson didn't make it better by saying "f--- the Packers" as part of his postgame speech to his team.

So would there be mutual respect? Or would there be some kind of snark involved in their interaction?

Some footage will likely emerge from a different camera that tells us.

But moments after the game ended, fans everywhere wanted to see that moment.

And NBC simply didn't have it.
