Kyren Williams injury update: Sean McVay reveals whether Rams RB will play in Week 18 image

The Los Angeles Rams have an injury concern with running back Kyren Williams ahead of their Week 18 matchup versus the Arizona Cardinals.

Williams has been dealing with an ankle injury suffered in the team's Week 17 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. The star running back ended up missing little game action due to the injury, but it has caused him to be a limited participant in practice this week.

Though Williams has been held back in practice ahead of Sunday's contest, head coach Sean McVay announced on Friday whether the young playmaker will play in Week 18.

Will Kyren Williams play in Week 18?

Yes, McVay said that Williams is likely to be on the field on Sunday versus Arizona.

Los Angeles' head coach also gave an update on Williams' backup, Blake Corum, who is also working through an ankle injury.

"McVay said Kyren Williams is likely to play on Sunday. Said Blake Corum will return to practice today and that'll give a good indication if he'll be ready to play vs. Arizona," Adam Grosbard of LA Daily News said on X.

It's great to hear that Williams is healthy and ready to go for Week 18. Though the Rams don't have much to play for, they will need Williams to be at his peak form heading into the postseason.
