All eyes are on Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Davante Adams ahead of the Week 16 battle against the Seattle Seahawks.
That's because Adams is dealing with a hamstring injury that has him doubtful. Adams sustained the injury a few weeks back but aggravated it in Week 15.
During the week, Adams did not practice at all before drawing the dreadful doubtful tag, which is a clear indication he isn't likely to play.
On Thursday afternoon, the Rams made one roster move that leaves hope Adams might actually suit up.
Davante Adams injury update
The Rams announced they are elevating outside linebacker Nick Hampton from the practice squad for Thursday night's game.
On the surface, that looks like good news for Adams, as the Rams did not elevate a wide receiver to take his place.
However, it's worth noting that the Rams already have five other wide receivers on their roster outside of Adams, so they didn't necessarily have to elevate one to get through tonight's game.
Another thing working against Adams is the fact that players rarely play on the doubtful tag, so that makes it an uphill climb for the veteran wideout.
We'll get final confirmation on Adams' status for the Week 16 game against the Seahawks an hour and a half before the 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff.
If Adams doesn't suit up, you cannot trust any other Rams wide receivers not named Puka Nacua in fantasy football lineups.
