For a few weeks, it was relatively easy.
If you had Los Angeles Chargers running back Kimani Vidal on your fantasy football team, you were starting him.
This week, for a Week 14 Monday Night Football clash against the Philadelphia Eagles, it gets more complicated.
Omarion Hampton is set to return from injury.
On Saturday, NFL insider Jordan Schultz reported that Hampton will play Monday night.

Should I start Kimani Vidal in fantasy?
It's tough to start Vidal this week.
He has a case as a FLEX play. It seems, of the two Chargers' running backs, Vidal is more likely to still see a big role.
But if he only gets 10-12 carries against a stout Eagles interior defensive line, he could have a quiet day. He's not a for-sure start.

Should I start Omarion Hampton in fantasy?
It's probably safe to take a wait-and-see approach with Hampton.
The Chargers can't risk the health of their rookie too much, especially with Vidal playing well.
Hampton can be started if bye weeks have you in a tough spot. He'll play, and he's explosive, and the Chargers have a solid offense that could give him a chance at a touchdown.
But it feels a lot simpler to sit Hampton one more week and then decide in Week 15 what to do.
