NFL fans on social media are reacting as you might expect: Wait, Justin Herbert has a brother who plays in the NFL?
Yes, Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert has a brother who plays in the NFL.
His bro's name is Patrick. And this week, they'll face each other.
Patrick is a tight end for the Jacksonville Jaguars, who are the Chargers' Week 11 opponent.
"It's awesome," Patrick told reporters this week. "I think we kinda take it for granted sometimes looking at him and being like, 'Oh, he's been in the league for 5-6 years' or whatever. I think it's a big accomplishment. That's so cool."
Patrick looks a lot like Justin:

Patrick went to Oregon, too. He has yet to make his NFL regular-season debut.
He has spent the year on the Jaguars' practice squad. The Jags are down a pair of tight ends with injuries, though, in Brenton Strange and Hunter Long.
Jacksonville still conceptually has two guys ahead of Patrick with Johnny Mundt and Quintin Morris. But the Jags could use this week as the first time to elevate Patrick to the gameday roster.
That'd certainly show some brotherly love as a great gesture and a fun opportunity.
