The Las Vegas Raiders are once again in the market for a new head coach.
On Monday, the Raiders announced that head coach Pete Carroll would be one and done following a disastrous 2025 campaign that saw Las Vegas finish with a 3-14 record and take a clear step back.
The fit was just never a good one. Carroll was interested in trying to compete right away while the Raiders really needed to build this thing from the ground up with young players that Carroll wasn't interested in giving playing time to.
With Carroll gone, the Raiders will begin interviewing candidates starting this week in a search that will be led by both general manager John Spytek and minority owner and NFL legend, Tom Brady.
