Travis Kelce will surely rely on his family's input to help him make his retirement decision.
That includes his soon-to-be-wife Taylor Swift, along with his 73-year old mother, Donna Kelce.
It's his mom who may have a different influence than some might think.
The Daily Mail reports that the Kelce boys have less patience with their mother than the general public.
"She's the type who gives her opinion even when no one is asking," a source told The Daily Mail. "But she does it in such a sweet way that you can't help but like her. But her sons have a little less patience than everyone else about it."

How exactly that will influence Kelce's retirement decision is uncertain, but it could play a role.
Kelce just completed his age-36 season in the NFL.
The Kansas City Chiefs had a nightmare campaign, finishing just 6-11.
Kelce had to watch his QB, Patrick Mahomes, tear his ACL late in the season, impacting his potential availability for Week 1 of the 2026 season.

All of that will weigh on Kelce's mind as he makes a choice.
"It is still very fresh, and it hasn't hit him officially on what he would like to do," a source told The Daily Mail. "He has to reason it with himself, talk to Taylor, his family. It is a process."
