Los Angeles Rams superstar wide receiver Puka Nacua clearly doesn't mind sharing his thoughts with the world.

One of his latest takes: Taylor Swift's relationship with Travis Kelce is the reason the Kansas City Chiefs missed the playoffs this season.

On popular streamer N3on's livestream, Nacua said this: "It's got to be the Swift curse, after they ran out of the little bit of juice."

The Chiefs, at 6-8, were officially eliminated from the playoffs on Sunday, the same game Patrick Mahomes tore his ACL.

Kelce and Swift are set to be married on June 13, and there's speculation on whether Kelce will retire after this season.

But could Swift really be the reason for the Chiefs' bad season?

Um, no.

For starters, the Chiefs won the Super Bowl in the first season Swift and Kelce were a known item, and they made it back to the Super Bowl last season, too.

Swift also isn't the reason that the 36-year-old Kelce has declined. Father Time can claim that one.

The already-dynastic Chiefs had plenty of attention on them without Swift, and sure, she raises the profile a bunch, too. But it's not like Patrick Mahomes wasn't already dealing with a major spotlight.

Things just didn't go well for Kansas City this season. Their luck in one-score games ran out. They had no running game. Their offensive line was chronically injured.

It was just one of those years. The Chiefs hadn't had one in a while. A Swift curse? While funny, it doesn't make much sense.
