The Kansas City Chiefs will enter Empower Field at Mile High on Sunday knowing a win over the Denver Broncos is the only item on the menu.

The Chiefs, who at 5-4, are in desperate need of halting the 8-2 Broncos' breakaway with the AFC West title, and a win will stop that momentum, for a week at least, and bring Kansas City that little bit closer to a 10th straight division title.

But not only that, the Chiefs aren't even in the playoffs right now, so there are a host of things on the line for the franchise on Sunday, and Marquise Brown knows every game from here on out is a must-win.

"I think we taking it game by game," Brown said. "I feel like every game we play in, we take it as a must-win. So, it's no different this week. We know what's in front of us."

Chiefs' season on the line vs. Denver?

You could easily make that case, and a loss would be devastating to both the division and playoff hopes, and with six games left, it would require a herculean effort to make at least one of those come to fruition.

But doubt the Chiefs at your peril, and yes, other results would need to go their way as the 7-3 Los Angeles Chargers would need to stumble too, but Kansas City has gotten it done for so long, we are shocked when they don't.

Will 2025 be the year where the Chiefs' long-standing dominance over the division and the AFC comes to an end?

I'm not putting money on that right now, but it sure feels like it if they lose on Sunday.
