Have you ever seen Andy Reid and Santa Claus in the same place?

Just saying.

The Kansas City Chiefs' head coach is going to have a different Christmas this year for a lot of reasons.

For one, the Chiefs are out of the playoffs, eliminated with multiple games to spare.

For another, the Chiefs are playing on Christmas, in primetime against the Denver Broncos.

And oh yeah, Patrick Mahomes is out with a torn ACL.

There's plenty to ask Santa for this year in Kansas City.

Christmas wish list for the Kansas City Chiefs

The most important thing for the future of the Chiefs is that Mahomes heals fully and correctly from his torn ACL.

As long as the franchise QB comes back as his usual self, Kansas City will have a chance to return to its dynastic ways in the years to come.

The Chiefs simply didn't protect Mahomes enough this year, and he often felt he had to do too much.

Kansas City will want a unit that stays healthier, but also one that is simply better.

The Chiefs are set to move from Kansas City, Missouri to Kansas City, Kansas in the years to come.

That's not confusing at all.

Travis Kelce could retire after this season. But he could also keep playing.

The Chiefs' fanbase would surely like another season with their legendary tight end.
