The Kansas City Chiefs' wide receiver room is filled with uncertainty.
At least they cleared one thing up on Wednesday in regards to Xavier Worthy.
Chiefs head coach Andy Reid told reporters that Worthy is not considering surgery on the shoulder he dislocated in Week 1.
"He's just rehabbing here," Reid added.

That's likely a good sign. It increases the chances of Worthy getting back on the field sooner rather than later.
It's not clear whether Worthy could be available for Week 2. The Chiefs play a marquee game in the late afternoon timeslot on Sunday when they rematch the Super Bowl against the defending champion Philadelphia Eagles.
Having Worthy would certainly be a big help, because K.C. isn't exactly in tip-top shape at the wide receiver position.
Rashee Rice will serve the second game of his six-game suspension on Sunday.

Worthy was hurt on the third snap of the opener after colliding with Travis Kelce.
The Chiefs had to rely heavily on new guy Tyquan Thornton to take Worthy's snaps. And Patrick Mahomes pretty much just threw to Hollywood Brown, who had 10 catches. JuJu Smith-Schuster added five grabs.
Kansas City is also hoping to get rookie Jalen Royals back for his NFL debut after he missed the opener due to injury, too.
Right now, there's still a lot to be determined.
