The Kansas City Chiefs have gotten their season back on track after a tough start to the year, and now face a monster test of their newfound confidence.
Liam Coen and the Jacksonville Jaguars are next on the schedule, with the Jaguars' defense taking the ball away for fun over the opening months, with 13 takeaways which has been a big reason for the 3-1 start.
With Patrick Mahomes and his unit only having one takeaway through four weeks, he knows that going against this defense, it's going to be one tough battle.
"They're very fundamentally sound," Mahomes said. "When you have a fundamentally sound defense that's that talented with the amount of players they have at every level of the defense, that's a hard defense to go against. They're causing the turnovers, it's not like the turnovers are just happening, it'll be a great challenge for us, we can't give them any opportunity because they're capitalizing on them."

Chiefs know gameplan to beat Jaguars
It does seem simple enough, right? Don't turn the ball over.
But the thing is every team the Jaguars have faced this year all would have had the same gameplan, and yet the turnovers still happened. Getting at least three every game is nasty work, and if the Chiefs are to move to 3-2 on the year, Mahomes and the offense are going to have to keep the football out of harm's way.
Easier said than done against this defense, but that is the key to walking into EverBank Stadium and walking out with a win. On paper, it seems easy enough, but we know the game isn't played on paper.
Winning the turnover battle is crucial here. The best defense in football going against an offense that doesn't turn the ball over.
