The Jacksonville Jaguars needed more out of wide receiver Jakobi Meyers in the Week 12 game against the Arizona Cardinals.

That's because the Jaguars are without their top receivers, Brian Thomas and Travis Hunter, due to injuries.

However, Meyers was non-existent in the first half of the Week 12 game against the Cardinals. Here's a closer look at what's going on.

Is Jakobi Meyers playing today?

UPDATE: Meyers is on the board with his first catch in the third quarter.

Yes, Meyers is active and on the field for the Jaguars, he just hasn't been targeted through an entire half of play.

The Jaguars' offense had a good first quarter but was putrid in the second.

Trevor Lawrence completed just three passes the entire first half, so there wasn't much of an opportunity for Meyers to get going.

Hopefully things change in the second half, but we're skeptical that will be the case.
