Jaguars kicker Cam Little breaks NFL record for longest field goal in NFL history image

Well, he's done it again folks.

Jacksonville Jaguars kicker Cam Little has officially broken the NFL record for the longest field goal in NFL history with a 68-yard kick at the end of the first half against the Las Vegas Raiders. The kick is the first points of the game for Jacksonville, as it trails 6-3.

Little made an even longer kick during the preseason opener against the Pittsburgh Steelers, nailing a 70-yarder at the end of the first half. Of course, that taking place in the preseason meant it wasn't officially the NFL record, but now the mark is his and his alone.

The previous record was held by former Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker, who kicked a 66-yarder in 2021.

The Jaguars will need for more offense in the second half against the Raiders if they want to improve to 5-3 on the season.
