Thomas Jr. Appeared to get shaken up in the second quarter during a Jaguars scoring drive. He was spotted getting look at on the sideline after leaving the field.

ESPN's Michael DiRocco notes that trainers were looking at Thomas' left ankle/foot. He is still on the sideline walking around.
