Tyler Warren injury update
UPDATE: Looking at the replay, Warren clearly took a bad hit to his head from a 49ers defender. There hasn't been any update on Warren, so for now it looks like Warren is going to be OK.
Warren was able to leave the field under his own power after getting up slowly and will likely get checked out on the sideline.
We'll update this page once more information is available.
