Daniel Jones, aka Danny Dimes, aka Indiana Jones -- whatever you want to call the Indianapolis Colts' QB isn't as relevant as what he's doing on the field.
The new quarterback in Indy has put together a better start to the season than Peyton Manning ever did.
The Colts have scored 103 points through three games in their 3-0 start, making them the No. 1 scoring offense in the NFL.
A Manning-led offense never reached 103 points through three games, per NFL.com.

The Colts also just had their first punt of the season in Week 3, the only team to ever have just one punt through three games in the Super Bowl era.
Jones has been nearly spotless throughout this stretch.
As a passer, he's completing 71.6% of his throws for 816 yards and three touchdowns. He hasn't been intercepted.
Jones has also run 17 times for 55 yards and three touchdowns. And he hasn't fumbled.

The Colts have gotten strong performances from their defense and from superstar running back Jonathan Taylor to help supplement what Jones is doing.
But as an overall picture, it's an incredible one.
The Colts brought Jones in to compete with Anthony Richardson, and then he won the starting job, and now he's doing this.
It's certainly a fun time for football in Indy.
