The Houston Texans have an injury concern with wide receiver Nico Collins in the second half of the wild-card game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Collins suffered his injury in the third quarter after hitting his head hard on the ground. He's going to get checked out for a concussion.
Prior to his exit, Collins had just three receptions for 21 yards on seven targets. The rest of the Texans' wideouts will have to step up as long as he's sidelined.

UPDATE: Collins has officially been ruled out due to a concussion.
UPDATE: Collins is now being carted to the locker room, which is a bad sign for his chances of returning to the game. Collins is questionable, the team said.
UPDATE: The Texans announced that Collins is indeed being checked out for a concussion and is questionable to return.
Collins was escorted off the field and is going into the medical tent for a concussion check.
