It has been an up-and-down season for veteran running back Nick Chubb in his first campaign with the Houston Texans.
Chubb signed with the Texans in free agency and began the year as the team's starter in the wake of Joe Mixon's injury.
But Chubb has seen rookie Woody Marks take more and more work from him as the season has progressed and now Marks is basically the Texans' starting running back.
So, it comes as no surprise that Chubb is off to a slow start in the Week 14 game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Here's a closer look at what's going on.
Is Nick Chubb playing tonight?
UPDATE: Chubb is finally on the board with his first carry in the second quarter.
Yes, Chubb is active and healthy, but he has yet to get a touch over the first few drives of the game.
Instead, it has been Marks who is getting most of the opportunities. Chubb has gotten some snaps, but no touches yet.
We'd like to say Chubb will get going soon, but there's no guarantee that will happen.
