When the Green Bay Packers take the field for their wild-card showdown against the Chicago Bears on Saturday night, they won't have the services of linebacker Micah Parsons and tight end Tucker Kraft.

Kraft and Parsons both suffered injuries during the regular season that will force them to miss this crucial contest against Chicago.

Here's more information on their exact injuries.

Why Micah Parsons isn't playing

Parsons suffered a torn ACL in Week 15 that knocked him out for the rest of the season.

Because he suffered his torn ACL in December and the usual recovery is about nine months, Parsons' status for Week 1 of the 2026 season is up in the air.

Why Tucker Kraft isn't playing

Kraft also suffered a torn ACL, but his came in Week 9.

Because he suffered the injury in November, Kraft has a better chance than Parsons to be ready for the start of the 2026 campaign.
