Josh Jacobs has been battling a knee injury over the last few weeks, and though the issue hasn't caused him to miss many games, it has led to a pitch count and Jacobs having less of an impact on the offense.
Despite not practicing all week ahead of Green Bay's Week 16 contest versus the Chicago Bears, which the Packers lost in heartbreaking fashion, Jacobs did play and rushed for 36 yards.
However, Emanuel Wilson did receive most of the snaps down the stretch for Green Bay, which led to some questions on whether Jacobs is healthy and will be able to play in the Packers' Week 17 game versus the Baltimore Ravens.
Will Josh Jacobs play in Week 17?
We don't know 100% whether Jacobs will suit up on Saturday against Baltimore. However, based on Green Bay's injury report on Tuesday. Jacobs is progressing and should be in the lineup this weekend.
Head coach Matt LaFleur announced that Jacobs would be limited in practice on Tuesday. The star running back played last week without any practice, so it's safe to assume that Jacobs is on track to play versus the Ravens.
At 9-5-1 and still fighting for a playoff spot, the Packers need Jacobs to be healthy and ready to make a difference. The 27-year-old has posted 926 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns this season, and is just three touchdowns shy of marking a new career-high.
