UPDATE: Sewell has emerged from the tent once again and is on the bench with his teammates. It looks like he'll get back into this game.
UPDATE: According to the broadcast, Sewell has a tape job on his knee, but he has gone back into the medical tent after emerging from it briefly to celebrate the Lions' touchdown. Still no official update from the team.
UPDATE: Good news for Sewell, who walked off the field under his own power. He is now in the medical tent getting checked out. No update from the team yet.
Sewell remains down on the field as the medical staff treats him.
