The Detroit Lions' turnaround under Dan Campbell has been an absolute success at his introductory goal of wanting to bite opponents' kneecaps off.

Now, the Lions leader has a new message for his squad.

Campbell shared his ideas with Detroit play-by-play guy Dan Miller at the NFL league meetings.

“I think the message is, 'Man, are you still hungry?'" Campbell said. "'Are you still hungry or are you tired to taking the hits? Are you tired of taking the lumps? What’s your attitude at? Where’s your mind at?’ I think I know the answer to that, but I’m gonna challenge those guys. Are you ready to make another run here?"

That's definitely the right vibe from Campbell. "Are you still hungry?" Makes for a great T-shirt slogan.

The thing about Campbell is that he turns T-shirt slogans into legitimate inspiration for his team.

The Lions will enter the 2025 season with Super Bowl expectations, again, which would've been a crazy thought just a few years ago.

Campbell doesn't want complacency. He wants hunger.
