Amon-Ra St. Brown's status for the Detroit Lions' Week 17 game versus the Minnesota Vikings has been uncertain all week.
St. Brown didn't log a single full practice this week due to a knee injury, as the star wide receiver didn't participate on Monday and was limited on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Though St. Brown didn't practice much leading up to Thursday's contest, the 26-year-old will suit up versus the Vikings.
Detroit revealed its inactives for Week 17, and St. Brown wasn't on the seven-player list.
Here is the full list of inactives for the Lions:
- OL Trystan Colon
- OL Taylor Decker
- DL Tyler Lacy
- WR Dominic Lovett
- S Avonte Maddox
- OL Michael Niese
- DL Mekhi Wingo
Not only will St. Brown be active, but he also shouldn't be on a snap count, per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. That means the Lions' No.1 wide receiver is a full go for Christmas Day.
Detroit's playoff chances are incredibly slim, but a loss to Minnesota on Thursday would put a nail in the coffin for their playoff chances. It's fantastic news that St. Brown is playing in this must-win game.
