Denver Broncos cornerback Riley Moss has had one of the more interesting seasons in recent memory.

There are many fans within Broncos Country who strongly feel that Moss is not a good player, that he's basically a liability out on the field. There are other fans who will point to things like Moss being the most targeted cornerback in the NFL while giving up the lowest passer rating against

Being the cornerback on the other side of the field from Pat Surtain II, it's no surprise that opposing teams willingly attack Moss in the passing game. But even without Surtain on the field while he's been injured, teams are still targeting No. 21.

He leads the league in being called for defensive pass interference as a result and on Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs, Moss was flagged for three critical penalties. All three could have been argued as to whether or not they were actually penalties, but they resulted in 92 yards for the Chiefs and one of them erased a pick six by Jahdae Barron.

Broncos fans are divided on which way to feel about Moss, but former Broncos tight end Shannon Sharpe made it clear he is not a big fan.

There are many fans who may join him in that thinking following the game, but the Broncos are going to stand behind him. He's going to continue to be targeted by every team the Broncos face and referees are likely going to be throwing flags on plays that may be marginal as Moss has gained a certain reputation at this point.
