The Denver Broncos (1-0) and the Indianapolis Colts (1-0) face off in Week 2 in what should be a solid test for both teams in this early season.
It will be the 31st all-time meeting between the two teams and to this point, the series is deadlocked 15-15. The Broncos won the most recent meeting, defeating the Colts 31-13 last December in a game that got out of hand late, but a key play in that game completely turned things around.
Leading 13-7, the Colts were about to go up by two scores late in the third quarter on a Jonathan Taylor touchdown run. But instead, this happened:

What a change of momentum 😳

Instead of having a major blow dealt to their playoff hopes, the Broncos were able to hit the Colts with a tidal wave of momentum-changing plays after this. Taylor was clearly upset with himself, and the Colts never recovered.
Taylor will be looking to atone for that mistake on Sunday and this game will be in Indianapolis, a place Denver has not won in since December 2017. The teams haven't played this early in a season since a 34-20 Broncos win over the Colts in September 2016, nine years ago.

The winner on Sunday takes a one-game lead in the overall series. Kickoff is scheduled at 2:05 pm Mountain time and the game will be televised on CBS. Kevin Harlan and Trent Green will have the call.
