The Denver Broncos faced a tough opponent this past Sunday in the Philadelphia Eagles. The Eagles were coming into this matchup as one of the only undefeated teams outside the Buffalo Bills

Denver certainly had their hands full, but it came out to make a statement. Bo Nix had a solid day behind center, throwing for 242 yards and a touchdown.

Courtland Sutton had a monster day, bringing in eight receptions for 99 yards. Defensively, the Broncos were able to hold Saquon Barkley to just 30 yards, helping them get the 21-17 victory.

With the win, the Broncos move to 3-2 on the season. Their record could be much better, but they have two close losses to the Indianapolis Colts and the Los Angeles Chargers.

Broncos legend John Elway was fired up watching his former team take care of business. He believes this win should give the team great confidence moving forward, via Forbes' DJ Siddigi.

"They're as good as the Eagles are, as good as they are in this league. To be able to go into their backyard and beat them is just a tremendous boost for the Brocos and the organization and the fan base."

Denver will now set its sights on the New York Jets, who are still looking for their first win of the season. With their Week 5 victory, they cannot overlook the Jets. They must go into this game with the same focus they had last week, or it could spell disaster.
