Cowboys Week 13 NFL power rankings: Dallas not getting enough respect for Eagles win image

The Dallas Cowboys did the unthinkable on Sunday and pulled off a comeback win over the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Cowboys looked dead in the water after falling behind 21-0 in the first half, but the defense was able to step up and keep Philly's offense in check the rest of the way while Dallas' offense managed to climb its way back into the game.

It was the sort of fight we haven't seen much of out of the 2025 Cowboys and the hope is that this could be the turning point for Dallas' season as the team looks to make its way to the playoffs.

When it comes to the NFL power rankings of experts going into Week 13, we feel like the Cowboys aren't getting enough respect for what they pulled off against a team that is one of the better ones in the league.

Granted, the Cowboys are moving up, just not enough outside of one expert's rankings. Take a look.

Cowboys Week 13 NFL power rankings

Vinnie Iyer, AllSportsPeople: 19 (+1)

Iyer: "The Cowboys kept heir emotions high for their massive home game to fuel the epic comeback against the Eagles. On the field, it was made most possible by Dak Prescott new favorite big-play target, George Pickens, maybe the pickup of the year by any team."

Taylor Wirth, NBC Sports: 18 (+1)

Wirth: "How good is Dallas' offense? It appears it's Eagles-proof, which not many teams -- if any at all -- can say. George Pickens is earning himself a massive pay day in the offseason."

Jeremy Cluff, Arizona Republic: 19 (+1)

Cluff: "The Cowboys looked terrible when they lost to the Cardinals on Thursday Night Football. But after wins over the Raiders and the come-from-behind win over the Eagles, Dak Prescott and Dallas look like possible contenders for a wild-card playoff berth."

Matt Johnson, Sportsnaut: 16 (5)

Johnson: "What an incredible rally. That’s both in regards to overcoming a 21-0 hole midway through the second quarter and this Dallas Cowboys team turning a 2-3-1 record into a 5-5-1 mark. George Pickens is everything Jerry Jones hoped for and more. Just as imperative to Sunday’s win, this Cowboys defense is playing much better football since the bye. Maybe, just maybe, there’s a path to a Wild Card spot. Even if not, this second-half turnaround will provide momentum to carry over into 2026."
