Dak Prescott is on an incredible run.

In each of the last six Thursday games the Dallas Cowboys QB has played in, he has won.

Yep, that's right, 6-0. That includes Thanksgiving action and primetime Thursday games.

In that span, according to StatMuse, Prescott has completed 70.6% of his passes for 272 yards per game. He has thrown 14 touchdowns in those last six Thursday games, compared to five interceptions.

This is all relevant, of course, because of how the 2025 NFL regular season kicks off.

It's Thursday, and it's a primetime clash between NFC East rivals. The Cowboys take on the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles.

Can Prescott keep this Thursday run going?

The bettors have Philly as a heavy favorite, and the Cowboys don't yet have a defined running game, and Micah Parsons now plays for the Packers and not Dallas.

But maybe Dak has some kind of good Thursday mojo he can pull out here.

In his career, he's 11-5 on Thursdays. That means he began 5-5 on this day of the week before going on this recent heater of six Thursday wins in a row.

Why not make it lucky number 7?

Jalen Hurts and the Eagles will have something to say about that, to be sure. The Cowboys will likely have to keep up with a potent offense.

But if it's a shootout, maybe Dak can put the Cowboys in position to win this one, too.
