When the Dallas Cowboys pulled the trigger on a trade for George Pickens in the offseason, there were many skeptics of the move, mostly due to George's fiery on-field personality.
And that's nowhere to be found, with Pickens proving to be a dominant force for Dak Prescott and the offense.
During the 31-28 victory against the Kansas City Chiefs, which improved their record to 6-5-1 following Thanksgiving, Pickens achieved six catches for 88 yards, and a notable event occurred during the game.
George is now officially having his best-ever season in the NFL.
Pickens has achieved career bests in yards with 1,142, eight touchdowns, and 73 receptions.
Oh, and he's only played 12 games, too.

Has Pickens been the most impactful signing of the current season?
You could certainly make that case.
He's only fallen short of 57 yards once (30 yards in Week 1), and he's been virtually unstoppable for the last two months.
Pickens has emerged as Dak's primary target in the passing game, accumulating yardage totals of 168, 82, 78, 79, 144, 146, and 88 yards, in addition to scoring three touchdowns.
Naturally, the question of Pickens remaining with the team past 2025 remains significant. While the Cowboys possess the option to franchise tag George for approximately $28 million, it's important to recognize that they are financially capable of offering him an annual salary of $30 million or even higher if necessary.
Currently, Pickens is performing at a Pro Bowl level (perhaps even All-Pro) while the Cowboys are pursuing an improbable playoff berth.
