Dallas Cowboys receiver CeeDee Lamb bounced back from his drop-filled performance against the Philadelphia Eagles to be a one-man show on Thanksgiving.
With Lamb in his head after several crucial drops, facing the Kansas City Chiefs, CeeDee feasted.
He totaled seven receptions on nine targets for 112 yards and a touchdown, overcoming what could have been a crippling issue not just for him but for the offense as well.
But Lamb got through it and is now focused on the Detroit Lions in Week 14, but what was his process of dealing with the one thing receivers don't want to be known for?
"Just be able to cope,” Lamb said. “You got to be able to understand the problem, being open to solutions, then at the end of the day, acting on your thoughts. I feel like adversity shows itself in different ways. It's all on how you overcome it.
"Show character of a man when he goes through his worst times. And I mean I feel like it's even better when you overcome it, and then you see the other side, and you're like, "Yeah, I don't think I want to go back on that side again."

Lamb can't afford another drop issue
With the Cowboys at 6-5-1, and on the road in Week 14 in Detroit, Lamb and the Dallas offense can't afford for No. 88 to have more drop issues.
The Thanksgiving game suggests Lamb has gotten over his drop issue and that his confidence has returned, but we know that confidence is so hard to gain yet so easy to lose.
Against the Lions, Lamb has to be one of Dak Prescott's go-to weapons, because when No. 88 is in form, that helps George Pickens get open.
So, they go hand in hand.
CeeDee feels confident his drop issues are behind him, and if the Cowboys are to make an unlikely run to the postseason, they'll have to be.
