The Dallas Cowboys have an injury concern with wide receiver CeeDee Lamb in the second half of the Week 14 game against the Detroit Lions.

Lamb suffered the injury in the second quarter when he was going up for a catch in the end zone and landed hard. It appears he might have a head injury.

Prior to his exit, Lamb was having a monster game with six catches for 121 yards. The Cowboys will need more out of George Pickens and Jake Ferguson as long as Lamb is sidelined.

Follow our tracker below for all of the latest updates on Lamb's status for the rest of the game against the Lions.

CeeDee Lamb injury update

UPDATE: Lamb has been ruled out with a concussion.

Not a surprising result, as Lamb's concussion looked to be severe as soon as he hit the ground (video here).

This is obviously a devastating blow for the Cowboys, who are already trailing by two scores. Most importantly, we hope Lamb is OK.

END OF UPDATE

UPDATE: Lamb has emerged from the tent but he's now heading to the locker room, which is a bad sign for his chances of returning to this game.

We're still waiting for an official update from the team, but as of right now it looks like Lamb will be questionable, at best.

END OF UPDATE

Lamb needed help getting off the field and it appears he's dealing with a possible head injury. He'll probably take a trip to the medical tent to get evaluated for a concussion.

We'll update this page once more information is available.
