The Cleveland Browns fired Kevin Stefanski on Monday morning, becoming the second team to fire its head coach after the 2025 regular season came to a conclusion. The Atlanta Falcons were the first team to officially make a change, firing Raheem Morris after two consecutive 8-9 seasons.
It didn't take long, though, for someone in the circle of the Browns to let their feelings be known about Stefanski via cryptic posts on X. Carly Teller, the wife of Browns two-time All-Pro guard Wyatt Teller, took to X and posted a message clearly directed at Stefanski.
"Play stupid games, win stupid prizes," Teller posted.
This likely has to do with the fact that Teller was benched earlier in the season. He began rotating with Teven Jenkins. Teller attributed this to his play not being up to par. He didn't play in Week 18 against the Cincinnati Bengals.
These are likely the frustrated thoughts of a wife who is unhappy with how her husband was treated in the final weeks of the season. Teller is a free agent this offseason, and it's all but certain he will sign elsewhere.
