The Cleveland Browns have an injury concern with quarterback Shedeur Sanders in the first half of the Week 16 game against the Buffalo Bills.
Sanders got hurt in the second quarter and it appears to be a finger injury. His backup, Dillon Gabriel, is now in the game in place of Sanders, who was having a fantastic showing in the first half versus Buffalo.

UPDATE: Sanders has emerged from the locker room and is on the sideline throwing, so it looks like he'll get back in.
UPDATE: Sanders is now heading to the locker room. We're still waiting on an update from the team, though.

Sanders is getting his pinky worked on in the medical tent. His finger on his throwing hand was clearly bleeding and it might be a nail issue, although that hasn't been confirmed.
