The Cleveland Browns decided to let go of six-year head coach Kevin Stefanski just days after the team finished with a 5-12 record in the 2025 season.

Stefanski, 43, showed significant success in his first two seasons with the team, winning NFL Coach of the Year in 2020 and 2023. However, over the past two seasons, the Browns have finished with losing records and have missed the playoffs.

As the two sides part ways, Stefanski will have to find a new place to call home. According to reports, the newly jobless head coach could be staying in the AFC North.

Kevin Stefanski completes interview with the Baltimore Ravens

After the Baltimore Ravens made the biggest splash as far as head coaching changes earlier this week, firing John Harbaugh after 18 seasons with the franchise, the team is now one of many looking for someone new to take the helm.

In Harbaugh's tenure with the Ravens, he helped lead the team to 12 playoff appearances, six AFC North titles, and a Super Bowl victory in 2012.

He's also the winningest coach in franchise history with 180 regular-season victories.

On Friday, the Ravens reported that the team completed an interview with Kevin Stefanski for the head coaching position.

So far, Stefanski joins Denver Broncos' defensive coordinator and offensive pass game coordinator Vance Joseph and Davis Webb, as well as Seattle Seahawks offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak, as people who have interviewed for the vacant spot in Baltimore.

The Ravens are going through a process that hasn't been done since 2008, which is the year that John Harbaugh was hired as the team's head coach.
