The Cleveland Browns have been a struggle this season, and while there have been plenty of positives, namely Myles Garrett and the rookie class, there are some major long-term questions that need to be answered.
While a lot of attention will be on the quarterback decision between Shedeur Sanders, Dillon Gabriel, Deshaun Watson, and a potential rookie, the more pressing issue revolves around head coach Kevin Stefanski.
According to NFL insiders Tom Pelissero and Ian Rapoport, the future of Stefanski in Cleveland is very much up in the air. Things are uncertain at the moment, as the Browns and owner Jimmy Haslam have yet to make a decision.
Browns' Kevin Stefanski facing uncertain future in Cleveland
"No decisions have been made on the future of Kevin Stefanski, the two-time NFL Coach of the Year." Rapoport and Pelissero report. "The Browns know Stefanski can coach, and he has maintained a consistent approach amid the adversity of a transition year with a young roster. But the hard reality is the Browns are 6-25 over the past two seasons, putting everything up for evaluation."
If the Browns are willing to move on from Stefanski this offseason, then there will likely be plenty of suitors for him as a head coach or offensive coordinator.
With plenty of changes happening within the organization recently, the Browns could very easily move on from Stefanski in search of a new regime to lead the Browns into the future.

While the Browns are 3-11 and looking to secure a high draft pick down the final three weeks of the 2025 season, Stefanski might be coaching for his job.
He wouldn't be out of a job for long if he were to be fired, but with how the last two seasons have gone, it would hardly be a surprise if the Browns decide to part ways with the two-time NFL Coach of the Year.
For now, Stefanski's future in Cleveland is in doubt, and while he could stay, he could just as easily be fired after the 2025 season as the Browns try to reset their organization after a rough past two seasons.
