The Cleveland Browns have made headlines several times this week leading up to their Week 6 matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers. For starters, they traded quarterback Joe Flacco within the division, sending him to the Cincinnati Bengals. Then, late Wednesday night, the Browns traded Greg Newsome to the Jacksonville Jaguars in exchange for cornerback Tyson Campbell.
This comes off the week in which Dillon Gabriel made his first career start, and there are many wondering what trading Flacco means, not just for Gabriel, but for Shedeur Sanders and Deshaun Watson. Could Watson be coming back for the Browns? NFL insider Jordan Schultz joined Yahoo Sports to provide a stern update.
“The organization is pretty committed to Dillon Gabriel," Schultz said.
The Browns haven't won in Pittsburgh in the regular season since 2003, and the Steelers are coming off their bye week - Mike Tomlin is 14-4 off the bye. Odds will be against them and their rookie quarterback, but their incredible defense will keep them in almost every game.
