The Cleveland Browns' quarterback room has been the talk of training camp thus far, as the overwhelming battle between Joe Flacco, Kenny Pickett, Dillon Gabriel, and Shedeur Sanders has continued for two weeks.
The Browns have had to deal with injuries at the position, though, which has led to a fifth quarterback being thrown into the fray as they signed Tyler Huntley. And even more quarterback news came out in the last 24 hours about the Browns and their signal-callers.
Mike Silver of The Athletic reports that multiple teams called the Browns about trading for Dillon Gabriel, but were turned away.
"After trading up to take Shedeur Sanders in the fifth round, the Browns rejected multiple trade offers for Dillon Gabriel, preferring to move forward with both rookies."
Considering the loaded quarterback room the Browns have, they can't keep all five - at least one will have to go, more than likely two.
