Latest prediction from ESPN analyst says Browns will trade for $120 million wide receiver image

The Cleveland Browns are in the midst of their search for the franchise's next head coach. After a 5-12 season, they moved on from Kevin Stefanski, and more changes are sure to come.

With the lack of talent the Browns have on offense, Ben Solak of ESPN predicts that the Browns will make a massive trade for San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk.

"The Browns will bring in 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk, as they continue their tradition of signing receivers on low-cost contracts in the hopes of hitting it big," Solak writes. "Aiyuk's days in San Francisco are likely over; the Browns can offer him more money and opportunity compared to any other team in the NFL"

Aiyuk was centered around trade rumors all offseason ahead of the 2024 season. The Browns were one of the many teams rumored to have a trade on the table of the San Francisco 49ers. The New England Patriots were reportedly interested as well, while the Pittsburgh Steelers were the closest to landing the All-Pro wide receiver. However, Aiyuk opted to sign an extension with the 49ers.

The Browns' receiving corps is arguably the worst in the NFL. Jerry Jeudy had a down year, and the other names that Cleveland turned to throughout the season were Isaiah Bond, Cedric Tillman, and Jamari Thrash.
